Who we are
Qoka is a brand of Pastalabs Private Limited, 1-372, Chittapur, Tadlapalliguda Manchal Mandal, Rangareddy, Telangana – 501508. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean Pastalabs Private Limited.
What we collect
When you apply for the Founding 500, we collect:
- your name, city, email address and WhatsApp number;
- your consent to be contacted about your application;
- your answers to the pasta quiz, if you choose to take it;
- the page you applied from, the website that referred you (if your browser shares it) and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
We do not collect payment details on this website, and this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- To review your application and whether we can deliver to you.
- To contact selected applicants about the Founders Discovery experience, availability and offline payment.
- To understand what early members want from Qoka, using quiz answers.
- To understand which links and campaigns bring people to the Founding 500.
We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when you apply.
Where it is kept
Applications are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Qoka team can access. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers handle data on our behalf and may store it outside India. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep applications while the Founding 500 programme is running. If you are not selected, we will delete your details within 12 months of the programme closing, unless you ask us to keep you informed about Qoka.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the details we hold, correct them, or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email crm@qoka.in and we will respond within 30 days. These rights include those you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
